1. About Granil PolyTrade

Granil PolyTrade (referred to as "we", "us", or "the company") is a polymer trading business based in Faridabad, Haryana, India. We operate as a trader and supply chain coordinator — we do not manufacture, produce, or directly warehouse polymer products.

Our role is to identify, coordinate, and facilitate the movement of polymer materials (including standard polymers, engineering polymers, and scrap/reprocessed polymer) between suppliers, manufacturers, stockists, and buyers across India. We act as a commercial intermediary, arranging material according to buyer requirements and connecting buyers and sellers within established trade networks.

We do not own or operate a warehouse at this stage. We are a trading company that coordinates the supply chain — including logistics, vehicle coordination, and commercial documentation — on behalf of buyers and sellers. We are planning to establish our own warehousing infrastructure in future phases of business growth.

2. Scope of Services

Our services include but are not limited to:

• Trade coordination for standard polymers: LLDPE, PP, HDPE, LDPE, EVA, PVC Resin, PET, PS
• Engineering polymer sourcing: ABS, Nylon, Polycarbonate (PC), PMMA, Polyurethane (PU)
• Scrap and reprocessed polymer coordination
• Buyer–seller matchmaking and commercial facilitation
• Vehicle and logistics coordination for material movement
• Supply chain management between manufacturers, traders, and industrial buyers

3. Payment and Logistics Terms

Granil PolyTrade operates under the following payment and logistics terms based on the nature of the transaction and mutual agreement between the parties:

• PAD — Payment After Delivery (Starting Later): This payment mode will be available to select buyers in future. Currently, PAD terms are not active. Please check with our team for the latest update on availability.
• Advance Payment: Full or partial payment is required before dispatch of the material. This applies to all new buyers and most standard trade transactions.
• On Loading (Against Loading): Payment must be confirmed at the time of vehicle loading from the dispatch location. This is one of our primary active payment modes.
• Credit Terms (Starting Later): Credit facilities are not currently active. They will be available in future only to established buyers with verified trade history and prior written approval. Subject to internal review on a case-by-case basis.

• Ex-Warehouse: The buyer arranges their own vehicle and transportation. In this case, freight charges are not managed by us and are not included in the trade value.
• FOR (Freight on Road): We arrange transportation and pay the freight charges to the logistics partner. Freight costs are added to the trade value based on distance and material quantity.

Important: We do not hold or retain payments beyond the agreed trade terms. All payments received are used only for the specific confirmed order and related material supply coordination. We do not accept speculative payments or advance booking amounts without an active and confirmed trade requirement.

4. Order & Confirmation Process

All orders must be confirmed through a written communication channel (email, WhatsApp, or formal purchase order). Verbal confirmations alone are not binding. A commercial confirmation from Granil PolyTrade — specifying product, quantity, price, and dispatch terms — must be received before any payment is made.

Price quotations are indicative and subject to change based on market conditions. Final prices are confirmed at the time of order booking and dispatch coordination.

5. Material Sourcing & Supply Coordination

As a trading intermediary, we source materials from our network of manufacturers, importers, stockists, and secondary processors. Material quality, grade, and specifications are communicated to the best of our knowledge based on information provided by the supply side of the transaction. Buyers are advised to conduct their own quality verification at the time of delivery.

Granil PolyTrade coordinates logistics and vehicle arrangements for material movement but is not directly responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, road or weather conditions, government restrictions, or force majeure events.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Granil PolyTrade acts as a commercial facilitator and trade coordinator. We are not liable for:

• Manufacturing defects or quality variance in materials supplied by third-party producers
• Delays caused by logistics partners, carriers, or transport infrastructure
• Price changes in the commodity polymer market after order confirmation
• Consequential or indirect losses arising from supply delays, material non-conformance, or logistics issues beyond our control

Our maximum liability for any individual transaction is limited to the invoice value of the specific material involved in the dispute.

7. Enquiry & Lead Data

When you submit a buyer or seller enquiry through this website, the information provided is used solely for trade follow-up and commercial coordination. We do not sell or share your personal or business data with external parties for marketing purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, logos, graphics, product descriptions, and trade materials — is the property of Granil PolyTrade unless otherwise stated. No content may be reproduced, copied, or distributed without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from commercial transactions, enquiries, or the use of this website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Faridabad, Haryana, India.

10. Amendments

Granil PolyTrade reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The most current version will always be published on this page. Continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
